What Are Your Privacy Rights?

• Right to access, correct and delete: You can request access to your personal information, correct personal information that we hold about you.
• You may access and correct your account-related personal information through the account settings available in the App. If the relevant option is unavailable, contact contact@eurekamind.ai.
• Upon your request to terminate your account or erase your personal information, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active database. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud and troubleshooting problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
• Right to withdraw your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. • If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to continue providing our Service to you. This may result in the end of some or all of our contractual relationships with you. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
