What Information Do We Collect?

Information that you voluntarily provide to us. We collect personal information that you provide to us voluntarily.

Registration information. When you create your account for registering to use our Services, depending on how you choose to create it, we may collect your e-mail address, OTP, and/or password to create an account and login.

Your Content

When you edit your business card information, we collect your edits, such as names and addresses, to create business cards for you and display the information as you choose.
When you scan business cards using optical character recognition (OCR), we collect the images that you choose to take or upload and the information contained in them, which may include name, occupation, job title, mobile number, business email, company name, business address, and business phone number. We request camera access to scan; without that permission, the recognition service is unavailable.
When you save a recognized business card to your address book or modify a contact, we collect the contact-list information needed to save or modify that contact.
When you create or use an AI agent, we may collect the information described below.
- To create an AI-agent voice, we collect text or other content that you submit to generate synthetic audio clips, voice recordings that you choose to provide, and data about your voice. You may submit additional recordings so that we can verify that the voice in the recording is yours.
- To complete or improve an AI-agent profile, we collect the content that you upload, which may include your name, image, mobile number, self-introduction, job title, business email, company name, business address, business phone number, social-media links, conference invitation links, WhatsApp number, and files.
- When an AI agent communicates with Visitors, we collect the configuration that you set or upload for collecting information from and communicating with external contacts, including whether contact email is required and the reply content sent to Visitors.
When you use other Service functions, such as AI Presenter and Campaign, we collect the PDF files you upload, scripts you confirm or edit, presentation-voice selections, contact email addresses you upload or edit, and reply content sent to email recipients.

Data related to the Service

Transaction information. If you subscribe to or purchase credits for the paid services provided by us, we may receive information about your transaction when it was made or when a subscription is set to expire.
Troubleshooting and help data. We may record your e-mail address and the feedback or complaint you provided when you contact us for service support, making a complaint, suggestion or feedback to us by sending emails to help us keep contact with you for updates and support to resolve your queries for use of our Services.
Contact information. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Right to access, correct and delete: You can request access to your personal information, correct personal information that we hold about you.
You may access and correct your account-related personal information in the App through “EurekaMind > Edit Card.”
Upon your request to terminate your account or erase your personal information, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active database. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud and troubleshooting problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Right to withdraw your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@eurekamind.ai.
If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to continue providing our Service to you. This may result in the end of some or all of our contractual relationships with you. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
At present, we do not use your personal information for marketing purposes.
